SPEAKER BIOS
Cassandra Clark, owner of Jellyfish Daydreams, LLC, in Islamorada, has been a professional tattoo artist since 2006, as well as a painter and jewelry designer. Her business provides professional custom tattooing, art classes & events, local artwork and handcrafted jewelry. Cassandra set up shop in 2020 after moving from New York, where she had established a retail & services business in 2017. She has interesting insights on the differences between the two states.
Jennifer Lindley, co-manager of Gold Star Mortgage Tampa Bay, has been a professional mortgage advisor for over 20 years. In 2015, after recovering from a debilitating auto-immune disease, Jennifer teamed up with some friends to start a wellness community (her second business) where she supports women through making healthy swaps to non-toxic cleaning and personal care products and sharing self-care practices focused on being healthier and having more energy.
Edwina “Wendy” White, a stylist, cook, compression garment educator, mother of three and former clinical assistant, has started several different businesses in Sarasota, including a salon and Wendy’s Yummy Kitchen, a food truck. She can speak to the variety of licensing requirements for businesses. She loves doing non profit advocacy for her community, as evidenced by establishing a foundation to support those with lupus. Wendy is a woman of Faith, who enjoys music, dancing, traveling and entertaining her family.
