This is an opportunity to learn what each amendment does and how it affects you and state and local budgets.This presentation provides the information needed to make educated choices at the polls.

John Scibak - John joined LWVSRQ in 2024 after speaking at a chapter event. He has worked in health care and human services and has held academic positions at universities in Indiana and Massachusetts. John served in the Massachusetts House of Representatives from 2003 through 2019 where he co-chaired several legislative committees, including Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure, Labor and Workforce Development, Public Service, and Higher Education. John and his wife, Patricia, retired to Sarasota in 2019.
